House Rules
Being a B & B we do not have a full-time Reception service, to avoid inconvenience we kindly ask you to inform us in the 24 hours before, the time of 'expected arrival.
Check-in/out
Rooms may be occupied from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Breakfast
To allow greater freedom we have chosen a small self-service breakfast in each Suite where you will find Bread for toasting, Cereals, Biscuits, Brioches, Rusks, Butter, Jams, Honey Oranges, Carbonated and still water, Fruit Juice, Milk, Coffee, Tea and Chamomile, pre-packaged, as per regulations. Ready to accommodate any requests or needs we ask you to notify the facility in advance.
Payments
Payment must be made at the facility.The request for your credit card number during the reservation process is for guarantee only.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation made up to 15 days before the expected date of arrival, no fee will be charged; after this deadline, 30% will be withheld from the credit card as guarantee. In case of no-show (No show), the full amount of the stay will be withheld.
